Privacy notice

The controller is the seller of the flat, Siloczki Balázs, a private individual (sc01ssc01s@gmail.com, +36 30 811 9744). All email correspondence is handled on the seller’s behalf by his helper at dani.mfrweb@gmail.com: viewing requests arrive there, and you can send privacy questions and requests there too.

The name, phone number, email address, preferred day and time of day, and message you enter in the viewing form. If you email or call, whatever you share there.

Only to arrange the viewing, answer your questions and, if you want to buy, prepare the sale. I send no newsletters or advertising, and I do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: at your request, as a step before a possible contract. Giving your details is voluntary, but without a name and at least one way to reach you I cannot get back to you.

For as long as we are arranging the viewing and a possible purchase, and at most 6 months after your request, or until the flat is sold if that comes first. If we sign a sale contract, I keep the data for as long as the contract and the law require.

Apart from the seller, only his helper who handles the email sees your details. The site and the form run on these providers, who process the data only on my behalf:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting and the server that receives the form.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA, EU data centre): delivery of the emails sent from the form.
• Google (Gmail): provider of the email accounts above.

Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

This site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Visits are counted by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies and only in aggregate: it does not identify you or follow you to other sites. Fonts, the 3D model and the map load from this site’s own server, so no outside provider receives data from them. The furniture planner keeps your layout, and the site your language choice, in your browser (localStorage); neither ever reaches me.

You can ask what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct, delete or restrict it, object to its use, or receive it in a machine-readable format. I reply within one month.

If you think I have breached your rights, please write to dani.mfrweb@gmail.com first. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, or to the data protection authority where you live, or go to court.
